WHEN IT RAINS, IT POURS...

Hey everyone! Sorry I haven't posted in a while. We have been so busy getting things ready to move. I promise when we get moved and settled in a little bit, I will get caught up on everything I need to post. So, for the bad news...
On Friday afternoon, Tim got word that his grandpa from Leitchfield, KY (Vicki's dad) had to be StatFlighted to Louisville. We got down there as soon as we could, but it was too late. Apparently he had had a massive heart attack. Then, he went into cardiac arrest on the operating table. Tim is having a difficult time with this, as can be imagined. It was pretty sudden. Anyways, he is at the visitation today and funeral tomorrow. I couldn't make it b/c of work. So, please keep his family in your prayers right now while they go through this difficult time. Thanks!
AND... If anyone wants to help us pack up our moving truck....
The plan is to load up the most of the truck friday night, but you know how that goes. Let me know if you are coming to help.
Ciao for now.

WEEK HOUND THE MAP BEWITCHIN' TOUR

Hey Everyone. Ever play MadGab?? The title to this blog is a freaking awesome example of this really cool game. Figure out what it says... Leave me a comment. (Here's a hint: It's Bible MadGab.) So, as you can see, Erin is lazy. Still didn't get the pictures put up from our weekend at Cedar Point. I will try to work on it, but you shouldn't expect it anytime soon. We got the keys to our new house yesterday, so we will be busy the next few weekends. We have to clean and paint before we can move in AND I haven't packed anything from the house in Richmond, so I have a lot to do. This will be fun though! We are excited. If anyone wants to help, email me and I'll let you know our plans. I'd write them here, but if any of you have figured it out, WE HAVE A SPY!! Most of you know the situation, and we all think it is FUNNY!
Boo-yah.

SORRY...

Hey everyone. Sorry I haven't posted about our trip last weekend yet. It's been a crazy week. My great grandpa passed away on Sunday and we've been doing all that stuff this week. Tim performed the services and he did a wonderful job. We were pretty nervous about it though. Anyways, I have a wonderful 3-day weekend starting tomorrow, so I will get this going. Still no word from the Bowling Green area. WE'RE ON TO YOU!!!

LOOK WHO CAME FOR A VISIT...

Hey everyone. Sorry I haven't updated for a while, nothing has been going on. I guess that is a good thing! Anyways, Sean Ealey (from Cynthiana, KY) came to visit yesterday. We haven't seen him in quite a while, so it was cool. It was nice catching up. For those of you who don't know, Sean was the first kid we had in youth group that went to Bible College (Johnson) and he will be graduating in May. Can't believe it's been that long already. Anyways, I think the visit was encouraging for all of us. Well, the boys went to the park, while I stayed home and fixed dinner. So it was at least encouraging to them. JUST KIDDING!! Oh yeah, we're on facebook now. So look us up and be our friends!!

MOVE OVER JEFF CORWIN....

YEAH! We finally found time to go to the park and have a picnic together. (Man, I should have taken a picture of it). It was nice. We stretched out on a blanket and ate. Then, we laid there and listened to the birds and watched a squirrel jump through the trees. It was so relaxing. I can't believe that we are at the age where we like to just sit and be quiet... Then, we got up and decided to go on a hike! We hiked down a steep hill to the creek at Clifty Falls. We, (by we I mean I) missed the trail, so we hiked through the creek until we reached a dead end and had to turn around. It was fun though. We found this really cool waterfall. You can't see it really well in the picture, but the whole wall is covered with water, then it runs underground. We had a really good day hanging out together. We took a lot of pictures. Tim found this OLD (really old) 35mm camera in my mom's storage, so we took it out to play with. Who knows if it even works... And since we actually have to wait to get the film back, we'll have to see later. He almost looks like a professional. HAHA!Love, Peace, & Chicken Grease.....

Oh yeah,
Congrats to Westside on their new youth minister! Kids, have fun at Spirit Song. We miss you and love you all.
